Pilot terms

Clear boundaries for the PriceGrid pilot.

These plain-language terms describe the intended pilot conduct. Final contractual terms will be issued directly to invited operators before real information is accepted.

Pilot draft · updated 10 August 2026

1. Synthetic public demo

The public demo uses fictional businesses, invoices and observations. It is for product evaluation only and must not be treated as a current market report.

2. Invited operator pilot

Live access is invitation-only. An invited business must provide accurate account and site information, nominate authorised users and use PriceGrid only for its own lawful procurement analysis.

3. Invoice authority

The operator confirms it has authority to upload or forward each invoice and instruct PriceGrid to process it. Card information, bank credentials, passwords and unrelated documents must not be supplied.

4. Benchmark limitations

Benchmarks are historical, aggregated observations—not quotes, forecasts or instructions to coordinate buying. The operator remains responsible for procurement decisions and independent supplier negotiations.

5. Confidentiality and misuse

Users must not attempt to identify contributors, probe suppressed cohorts, bypass access controls, automate extraction from PriceGrid or use the service to coordinate pricing or purchasing with competitors.

6. Availability and changes

The pilot is pre-release. Features may change, processing may occasionally be unavailable, and PriceGrid may suspend an account to protect users, investigate misuse or meet legal obligations.

7. Data and exit

Handling follows the pilot privacy notice and aggregation consent. A tenant owner can request export, withdraw contribution consent or request deletion through the application.

8. Contact

Questions, access concerns and privacy requests can be started through the contact page. Invited operators will receive the verified legal entity and direct service address in their signed pilot agreement.
